Building on The Working Mind for Employees, the The Working Mind for Managers and Leaders course gives participants the practical knowledge they need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>support their employees\u2019 mental health and well-being<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enable all employees to be more fully productive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure the workplace climate respects and involves all employees, including those with mental health problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>encourage employees to seek help for mental health problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) has customized The Working Mind to best align with the lived experience of staff in a care giving role. MHCC has collaborated with individuals to ensure it captures the current and past experiences of staff.
