In recent years, ADHD has gained greater recognition in the workplace. Many adults with ADHD experience challenges with organization, time management, sustaining attention, and follow-through, factors that can make work feel overwhelming and increase the risk of stress and burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the right strategies and supports, however, employees with ADHD can work more effectively, manage their energy, and thrive in their roles.
