Are you seeking conflict resolution strategies and approaches to having difficult conversations within your team?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivered by SafeCare BC, an introduction to Motivational Interviewing is a&nbsp;free&nbsp;virtual workshop designed for leadership across the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motivational interviewing is commonly used in clinical situations as a strengths-based approach to conversations that help draw out people\u2019s motivations and commitment to change.
