We\u2019ve got you covered. SafeCare BC members can sign up for the&nbsp;pilot&nbsp;of our enhancing psychological health and safety in the workplace project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pilot is a no-fee consultative service designed to help you create, maintain, and improve the psychological health and safety of your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sheila Fauman will work collaboratively with you to conduct a strengths and gaps analysis and will guide you through the development of a psychological health and safety action plan, and a post-implementation assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can take part?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is open to organizations that meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are a SafeCare BC member. Not sure if you're a member?
