Flordeliza wanted a program for staff that featured Exercise to keep fit and work safely with the residents and staff, an academic program, and a community-supportive idea to welcome all without judgement or bullying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It turned out to be a very successful program in turning \u201cBurnout \u201d into joy! Each participant engages in a 5-minute Tai Chi warmup then on to 4 minutes masse. We do this Kongo style to prime up the \u201cHappy Hormones\u201d. The participants also include some of our residents.
