Using a drawn map and paper sailboats, staff \u201csail\u201d around Vancouver Island, completing education modules for different ports as they go. Every staff member is encouraged to participate by colouring a sailboat, naming it and doing the education modules and experiences. The experiences are in-house education, such as back care and lifting.
