They noticed the inefficient outcomes of their fire drills and discovered the main reason for this was that the staff did not know what to do. Staff are often so busy with their existing workload that it can be tiresome and unappealing to use their spare time to refresh or educate themselves on their contribution to safety procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avoid confusion, the flashcards will be colour-coded to each role (care aides, nurses, maintenance, housekeepers, etc.).
