This section will focus on hazards not prescriptively described in the Act or Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section includes employer responsibilities for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping risk management records current and readily available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting with the JOHS committee\/worker H&amp;S representative and workers knowledgeable about the workplace, the work carried out, and the associated hazards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These changes may affect your risk management program.
