She is passionate about improving residents\u2019 quality of life and staff members\u2019 quality of work life, which she views as interconnected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heather holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a Postdoctoral Research and Teaching Fellow at the UBC School of Nursing.
