Then, use the guiding questions to facilitate a discussion about hand washing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After this huddle, staff should be able to:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow proper hand washing procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes to the huddle leader<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consider adding an activity to this huddle, where everyone physically participates in a simulation of washing their hands for the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday twice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guiding questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why is it important to wash your hands in the setting that we work in?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do you properly wash your hands?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When should you wash your hands?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are any barriers preventing you from washing your hands properly at work?
